New Year, New You

January is a time for new beginnings. Many people call them resolutions, but I find we have far too many negative associations with “resolutions”…we think about all the times we resolved to lose weight and didn’t, to exercise more and didn’t, stick to a diet and didn’t.

Rather than thinking about our past and what we view as our failings, let’s use this time to objectively assess where we are and make a plan to move forward–using our 3 Ms: Mind, Mouth, Moving. Of course we start with Mind because Weight Loss Success Starts with Your Mind…Not Your Mouth!
