Mindset for Weight Loss Resolutions for 2012:

I resolve to recognize and accept that I cannot be at my goal weight overnight

I resolve to love myself, including my body, just the way I am today and in the future

I resolve to remember that I am a good, loving person and I deserve to treat myself with love, kindness, and respect. That means if/when I am not ‘perfect’ I will cut myself some slack

I resolve to express my emotions, and to express them in as healthy a way as possible
