I believe that the Refuse to Diet way of life can dovetail very nicely with lots of other programs…I am proud to be associated with or confidently recommend these people.
Dr. Linda has been my personal health advocate and coach. Without her support and encouragement I would not have dropped 125 pounds. She really helped me to change my thinking, and to help guide me through the complexities of healthy eating. Whether you need a health advocate or some advice on nutrition, Dr. Linda can help you.
Health and fitness trainer…Gena is awesome. She has years of experience, and officially refers to herself as a Lifestyle Modification Coach. One of the reasons I really recommend Gena is she has a program where she can help you with your fitness completely online. So no matter where you live, you can have your own personal trainer!
I’ve never met Dr. Oz, and I don’t agree with everything he says…but he’s a doc and I’m not 😉 Certainly we can learn a lot from this man and I love his directness and how he has opened us up to talking about just about anything that deals with our health! I participated in a fantastic workshop at John’s ranch in northern California. I’d love to talk to you about it before you sign up…when I got signed up by a friend I thought I was being sent to a “fat-farm” and that is not at all what this is!
