This book is definitely a “diet” but it is geared for anti-aging and healthy skin. Many people have also had a side benefit of losing weight while on this plan.
I used this book and learned a lot about nutrition and some basic eating tips. Dr. Perricone really opened my eyes to the devastating effects sugars can have on our bodies–whether we are wanting to lose weight or not.
